Chonda was born and raised in Knoxville, and currently resides in East Knoxville. She comes from a background in sales and customer service. She has served the Bearden community at US Postal Service for 7 years. She has a passion for homes with character and can see the beauty and potential in each one.  For Chonda, being a realtor is more than buying and selling homes, it’s about meeting new people and building relationships.  She understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful. Her enthusiasm and hard work will make any real estate transaction fun & easy as possible. When Chonda isn’t selling real estate, she loves spending time with her daughter, Khloe, and fur baby schnoodle, watching movies, listening to her favorite jams, and weekend getaways to Norris Lake.
