Tracie has been helping buyers and sellers in Knoxville since 2017 and has helped clients relocate to Knoxville from out of state. She moved to Knoxville in 1996 to rock climb and ended up getting a master’s degree in Education, which is her favorite part of real estate. She is a teacher at heart and whether you are buying or selling, she educates you on the entire process. Tracie has lived in East Knoxville (Parkridge) since 2004 but is knowledgeable about all Knoxville’s center city neighborhoods. When Tracie isn’t selling houses, she works with Trees Knoxville helping to expand Knoxville’s urban forest canopy or gardening in her yard.
